Each individual may hold only one Account on nick888. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where nick888 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate Accounts and to void any Bonus or winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nick888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is the result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You should contact our support team immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
nick888 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at registration, prior to processing a Withdrawal, or following a material change in your Account activity. Supporting documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delays to Withdrawal processing.
nick888 accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB Now, as well as cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable at the time of the transaction.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for Malaysian Ringgit transactions. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are denominated in MYR equivalent terms as published on the Platform. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be further restricted based on your Account tier, verification status, or applicable responsible gaming limits you have set on your Account.
All Account balances on nick888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies (including cryptocurrency) will be converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. nick888 does not charge additional currency conversion fees, but the exchange rate applied may differ from the interbank rate.
nick888 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of the payment method used to make a deposit. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name may be subject to hold, investigation, or refund, at nick888's sole discretion.
Players may submit a Withdrawal request at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum Withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Funds forming part of a Player's real-money balance (i.e., deposited funds and winnings derived from real-money wagering, excluding Bonus-locked funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions in clause 6.2. nick888 does not impose a processing fee on standard Withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
nick888 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms.
Bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion. The standard Wagering Requirement for cash bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino table games and slots may carry different contribution rates as detailed in the applicable promotion.
All Bonuses have an expiry period within which the Wagering Requirement must be met. Unused or unearned Bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period. The validity period applicable to each Bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
nick888 actively monitors for patterns of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in Bonus value with minimal risk, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where Bonus abuse is identified, nick888 reserves the right to void the Bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Account concerned.
Players accrue loyalty points through eligible real-money wagering activity on the Platform. Points are credited at a rate and under conditions published in the Loyalty Programme terms, which form part of these Terms. Tier status is reviewed monthly, and cashback or benefit rates applicable to each tier are as described in the Loyalty Programme documentation. Loyalty points hold no monetary value and may not be transferred or sold.
All games available on nick888 are powered by independently tested software and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published RTP percentages for all slot games are verified figures provided by the respective game providers. nick888 does not alter RTP settings or game mechanics on its own server side — all game logic is controlled by the licensed game provider.
In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or game error that affects the outcome of a round, nick888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings resulting from a provably erroneous payout (for example, a game awarding a payout significantly exceeding the theoretical maximum) will be considered void and may be reclaimed from the Player's Account.

All odds are displayed inclusive of the applicable margin. nick888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placing, where an error in the published odds is identified, or where the relevant sporting body subsequently declares the event void.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nick888 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
nick888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Where an Account is closed by nick888 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus balance, Bonus-derived winnings, or funds that were acquired in connection with the breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a breach may be returned to the Player following a completed investigation, at nick888's reasonable discretion.
Players may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a closure request is made in connection with a responsible gaming concern, nick888 will action the request promptly and without delay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nick888's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nick888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not nick888 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
nick888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected from Players is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. nick888 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
For Malaysian Players specifically: it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of nick888 complies with applicable Malaysian law. nick888 does not hold or claim a Malaysian government gaming licence, as no such licence category exists for online gambling in Malaysia.
